The Bear That Nobody Wanted - Soft Cover
(Picture Book Parables)
Sally Ann Wright and Krisztina Kallai Nagy
- Everyone is invited to Lion’s home – even Bear, who no-one else wants to be friends with! Lion has sent everyone some boots, so they can safely cross the fast-flowing river. But Bear doesn’t feel he is good enough to accept Lion’s invitation. Will he ever make it to the celebrations?
- Inspired by the Bible story of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector, this is a heart-warming story of unconditional love and acceptance.
- Joyful illustrations from Krisztina Kallai Nagy – and adorable animals in boots!

“Quality service”
The website was very easy to use, we selected the goods we wanted and they were delivered too us free of charge within a few days of placing the order. We purchased a number of Advent calendars for distribution at the local school, they were of good quality, good value for money and very informative regarding the origins of the advent calendar. We have been using the Christian Shop for purchases for the churches activities for a number of years and we have always been very happy with the goods and service provided.
“I’m very happy with the Christian Shop…”
I’m very happy with the Christian Shop as they have so many wonderful biblical books and gifts, etc. I’ve never had any problems with whatever I’ve ordered. Everything is of such good quality.
“Beautiful cards and gifts”
Beautiful cards and gifts, reliable delivery, highly recommended!
“Good products”
The products are good and delivery was faster than expected. I particularly liked the nativity jigsaw puzzle which had a reasonable number of pieces for either a grown up or a young person, not too overwhelming as even 500 piece jigsaws can be!
