Important Dispatch Information
Everything you need to know regarding tracking, couriers, and packaging.
Dispatch Timeline
Deliveries, under normal circumstances, are dispatched within 1–3 working days. If there is an unexpected delay, our team will reach out via telephone, email, or text. We dispatch exclusively to full postal addresses (no PO Boxes).
Royal Mail & Private Carriers (DPD)
Most standard items are dispatched via Royal Mail and do not require a signature. Larger orders are sent via DPD. If nobody is available, a calling card is left with redelivery details.
Highlands, Islands & Remote Postcodes
Deliveries to Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles, and certain Aberdeen postcodes may take slightly longer and are subject to location quotation. We will always confirm before processing.
Reverent & Protective Packaging
Each delicate Bethlehem olive wood comfort cross, scripture ceramic mug, and greeting card set is carefully cushioned in protective, eco-conscious materials for safe arrival.
